Congregation Or Chadash Religious School is one of the most direct means that we have to impart Judaism to this generation of Jewish youth. Not only do we have the important task of providing fact-filled information to our students, we also have the responsibility to offer our students positive Jewish experiences. The challenge is before us. The responsibility calls for dedication, concern and love, which are provided for by our dedicated teaching staff.
Our Philosophy
Congregation Or Chadash Religious School teaches our children what it means to be a Jew, and more specifically, a reform Jew. If we teach these lessons well, our children will join with their parent(s) on a life-long journey of learning about the Jewish faith. Further, we will strengthen our children’s Jewish identity and commitment to Judaism as they encounter that which is central to our faith: our love of God, our love of Torah, and our love for the people Israel.
